HYPERLYN® is a bespoke grade of PA6 which can be tailored made to specific need. Whatever your requirements are we can fit the properties into the grade at the time of production.    Material Supply

Supra Foam material and foaming agents
At C4 Polymers we tailor make a finish foaming PE with high expansion rate of 5 times or we supply you with add-packs which can easily be incorporated into your PE, and give you an in house foaming PE. We help you to learn how to make your foamed PE part as part of the service.
 

Whatever the nature of your material inquiry you can relay on  us for your requirements. We can either directly provide you with an in house solution or outsource the material for you. We can consult on use of a material or help you process the material. C4 Polymers limited can also develop bespoke grades for your application. 

PP TACT® 

Specially designed for manholes and shaft PP TACT® , is a high impact Polypropylene which is results of 3 years of research and development. With an impact value of up to 60j at 0º C, this a very unique material. Weld-able to PP pipes as well as economically designed this material is well positioned to offer a huge opportunity to Rotomoulders to go beyond just PE.

IONIZ® Conductive

C4 Polymers is introducting two new grades of PE specially design for Rotational Moulding.


  1. IONIZ®  DB07 is a  conductive polyethylene designed for Rotational moulding. With Surface resistivity of 2.5 x 10^5 Ω/sq and Point to point resistance of 1.8 x 10^5 Ω, this grade is suitable for many applications which require conductivity in the plastic part.
  2. IONIZ®  HS07 is a  conductive polyethylene designed for Rotational moulding. With Surface resistivity of 2.5 x 10^5 Ω/sq and Point to point resistance of 1.8 x 10^6 Ω, this grade is suitable for many applications which require conductivity in the plastic part.                                                                    For data sheet and further information please contact us.
